Cassia Alata Leaf Extract

From a Tropical habitat, this extract has developed a powerful defence mechanism. This compound helps to protect mitochondrial DNA from degradation. It supports the cell’s natural repair system by combating the harmful effects of the sun.

Soft Focus Technology

A modern Silica coated powder which provides wrinkle smoothing and sebum absorbing properties with an excellent silky, powder finish.

Willow Bark Extract

Willow Bark Extract is a natural source of Salicylic acid, able to provide the benefits of the synthetic acid but without any irritation. Salicylic acid is known for its antimicrobial capabilities. This extract has activity against Staphylococcus Aures and Propionibacterium Acnes, two of the skin flora implicated in the formation of acne. This extract prevents congestion by encouraging cell turnover, helping to refine the surface texture of the skin.

Description

A must have moisturiser for oily or spot prone skin, its light formula glides on to the skin with ease to leave the complexion visibly mattified. The zesty aroma of fresh lime, orange and basil essential oils combined with Willow Bark Extract and natural Salicylic Acid helps to control sebum, enhancing and refining the skins surface.

Perfect for oily or spot prone skin.

Did you know? Day creams protect the skin and, at the same time, nourish and replace moisture loss. MONU day creams are quickly absorbed leaving the skin ready for make-up if required.

How to use

After cleansing and toning, morning and evening, apply a small amount of Mattifying Lotion to the face and neck using a gentle upward motion. Avoid massaging in too much as this can over stimulate the skin.

Paraben free formulation.

Nice product for the summer, but not for good for the winter as skin needs more. Preferred the old balancing moisturiser, could use all year around.

I would recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin who also has oily skin. I use it every morning and it is great both on its own and under make-up. I only use in the Summer as I find I need a product which 'works harder' in the Winter

The quality of this is fab! I'm in my early 40s but still have oily skin and this really keeps the shine away - love it!

Fantastic lotion for oily/combination skin. \n\nIt's very light and easily absorbent, doesn't clog your pores and gives a lovely matt finish.

Small drop on finger then rub onto face. Ideal for reducing oily skin.
