Renu hot mitt proceedure

  • Take the hot bergamot mitts and with one hand on top of the other bring them down nice and slowly onto the sternum and slowly circle x 3 
  • Glide the mitts round the shoulders, up the back of the neck onto the cheeks
  • Slowly circle on the cheeks x 3 and then move to the chin and forehead and slowly circle in a clockwise direction 
  • Cover the eyes for a couple of seconds and sweep to the temples to finish
