Why do I need to use a toner?
A toners main function is to prepare the skin for further treatment, restore the PH balance of the skin, remove any last traces of cleanser or make-up residue and remove hard water residue such as limescale and rust which can often be left on the skins surface after using water to remove cleanser residue.
