  • All skin types
  • For massage , use oil as carrier oil for one of Monu Pure Essential Oils
  • Dilute up to 5 drops of pure essential oils into 10ml of the base oil
  • You can use up to 3 different oils but the total amount added to the base should not exceed the above quantities
