How to use
Warm the Cleansing Balm in the palm of the hands and gently massage over the face and neck for a couple of minutes. Add water to emulsify into a rich milk and smooth over closed eyes to remove makeup before rinsing off with warm water and the muslin cloth provided.

I love this product. My client all comment on how lovely it feels as part of their facials. I use it every evening to remove my makeup, and again in the morning before I shower. It does a fantastic job on makeup, including mascara, without the need for rubbing and repeating the cleanse. My skin is slightly combination with occasional hormonal breakouts in the t-zone, and signs of ageing as I've hit 50, After the balm it is soothed, supple and hydrated, but still well cleansed and not clogged as the product washes away with water. You need very little for a thorough cleanse, so a tub lasts for ages and is therefore fantastic value. No need for a separate eye makeup remover, and I find I need less moisturiser. The fragrance is soft, comforting and natural. I look forward to taking my makeup off in the evening with this. The muslin is ok, but I prefer to use a hot, wet towelling mitten or flannel to remove the cleanser as I find this lifts away the makeup really well.

Love this cleansing balm, i much prefer this to the Emma Hardie cleansing balm, plus you get way more for your money!

I did like the cleansing balm and found that it did leave my skin feeling soft and has some really good ingredients, but I think that the muslin that comes with it was not that great sadly.

I think this is my first review, ever, but I had to write one for this product if it helps other people. Suddenly, in my mid-20s, I have found myself with problem skin for the first time. Mainly a few spots, but constantly appearing and taking a long time to heal, and a dry complexion (it is hard to fix one without aggravating the other). I have tried lots of well known products but nothing worked. This cleanser combined with the restoring cream has been fantastic. One week in and my skin is genuinely completely clear and glowing. Most wonderful, creamy balm I have ever used. A little goes a long way and has a beautiful smell which remids you of a gardens on a warm summers day but not too overpowering, subtle! I would wholeheartedly recommend this product.
